41 Weeks

I thought this picture was appropriate because the bathtub is one of your favorite places to be! You love to splash and kick the water, and when you are with us, stand and bounce!

This week you went to the doctor for your 9 month check-up. Your height is 30.25 inches, putting you in the 95th percentile. The doctor thinks you are going to be tall!! You weigh 20 lbs. 1.5 oz (50th percentile). Your head is 17.52 inches (25th percentile). You did so great at your appointment and only had to get a flu shot. The doctor was said you are right on track and was also impressed that you are taking steps too!

10 Weeks

This week you went to your 2 month check-up and had to get your first round of vaccines. Your dad and brother took you, so I was saved from the embarrassment of crying along with you at the doctor's office. Yay!

We also got an update on your stats:
Weight: 13 lbs. 2.5 oz. - 80th Percentile
Length: 24 inches - 80th Percentile
Head: 16 inches - 50th Percentile

You also had another milestone this week: rolling over front to back! It won't be long before you are rolling all over the house!

2 Weeks

This week you had your 2 week check-up and now weigh 9lbs. 14oz. and grew an inch, bringing you to 21 inches! It might have something to do with your 6 oz. feedings every 4-5 hours. Although you have been awake more this 2nd week, you still sleep most of the time, leaving mommy & daddy well rested. When awake, you are so easy-going and like to sit quietly looking around the room and especially like have your feet rubbed. Carson has been a big help fetching bottles, pacifiers, and toys to keep you happy, while yelling "Superhero Big Brother to the Rescue!!"
