Football Party Preparations

Carson's 6th birthday party is tomorrow and we are almost ready! Today I picked up his cake, which in my opinion is the most important part of the party. Like always, my girl did a fabulous job on his Texans theme football cake!



Second in importance is the invitation! We try to find unique, customized items for the invites and this year may be my very favorite! The footballs from Green Monster Promos turned out completely adorable:



I also used my amazing Silhouette to create football shirts for the boys.

I am debating redoing Carson's in red so that it matches the Texans theme...

    ACK! The football invites are ADORABLE! I love unique invites too. Our wedding invitations were "messages in a bottle" complete with sand and seashells.

    And since my Silhouette is currently under my Christmas tree...did you use iron on fabric or paint or what? I need pointers!

    Good question! I used the Silhouette to cut freezer paper (by saran wrap at Walmart). It adheres to shirt as an iron on and then you use fabric paint to paint on the stensil. :)

    We would have mailed the footballs but were able to get them all handed out instead.
